Any decisions made by clients based on information or materials provided through the Services are solely their responsibility.

All engagements and decisions remain solely between the client and any external professionals or entities they choose to work with.
- Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or interfere with the functionality of the Services
- Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes
- Attempt to circumvent any applicable fees or processes
- Upload harmful, infringing, or unauthorised content
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
- Fees and Payments
Where applicable, fees for RPDL’s Services will be clearly disclosed. Payments for third‑party services are handled directly between you and the relevant provider unless otherwise specified.
RPDL is not responsible for payment disputes between you and third parties.

All content, branding, design elements, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to Silverwood. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without prior written consent.
